What is Moka Boka?

Moka Boka creates one-of-a-kind storybooks starring your kids, shipped to your doorstep every month. Your kids will love seeing their names and faces through the story. The books chronicle your kids' continuing adventures inside a magical toy factory where they must outsmart the bad guys and save the toys.

Each monthly shipment also includes a blank storybook (so your children can tell their own tales), a coloring sheet and a sticker.

How much does each book cost?

You'll be billed $19 each month for the package. Similar personalized books run $30-$60. Each book is a one-of-a-kind, personalize, first-edition that your kids will love now and you'll treasure as they grow.

How often do the books ship?

Our books ship monthly.

Will I ever get the same book?

No. Each book is a one-of-a-kind. Your first shipment will start with your kids starring in Moka Boka Book 1 - The Toybot Takeover. Book two in the series, The Pickle Panic, will follow a month later. Later titles include The Octopus Onslaught, The Candy Coaster and The Double Decker Dinosaur. When you cancel or pause your subscription, you will pause at that book and return where you left off when you resume.

When does my book ship?

Your first book will ship within a month of ordering.

Is shipping included in the subscription?

Yes, shipping is included in the cost of the book.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account. Please make sure you cancel before your next billing period. Once you have been billed your book will have gone to print and we cannot cancel that book or offer a refund.

Are there any cancellation fees?

There are no cancellation fees when canceling your monthly subscription. Gifts and long-term subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What duties, taxes, and fees are there on the products I purchase?

To anything shipped within the United States, we pick up the duties, taxes, and other fees. However, any orders shipping to Michigan will be subject to state sales tax in compliance with Michigan’s “Use Tax” laws for e-commerce purchases. Duties and fees may apply to international orders. You may also want to check with your credit card company in advance in regards to conversion fees as all of our transactions are run in USD. International duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

If your shipment is lost, please first contact the carrier we reported your tracking number with. If the carrier cannot locate the shipment, please contact us for further assistance.

How do I change my credit card on file?

You can update your credit card at any time from your Account page

Can I return my book if I do not like it?

Because our books are custom printed with your child in the story, we do not accept returns.

What if I spell my child's name wrong?

If you spelled your child's name wrong, please contact us immediately. In rare instances we may be able to stop or alter the order, but we cannot guarantee it.

Do you have gift subscription options?

Yes, we have gift subscription options. While they do not continue after the set quantity of books, they are great ways to offer gifts to your friends and family.
